Joseph J. Bonocore - Founder & CEO

As Founder and CEO of Bonocore Technology Partners, Joseph Bonocore is responsible for the overall strategic direction, success, and image of the company.

Background:

Prior to founding the company Joe was Founder, Chairman, President, and CEO of Eclipse Networks, Inc., a venture capital-backed professional network management and consulting company providing services to Fortune 1000 companies, telecommunications companies, and governments around the world.

Joe was also President and CEO of NYNEX DPI, a software and services division of NYNEX Corporation (now Verizon), as well as President of the San Francisco Consulting Group, a global consulting firm specializing in the telecommunications industry (subsequently acquired by KPMG). Joe also served as Partner Industry Director for the North American Telecommunications Practice of KPMG, (now BearingPoint), and Managing Partner for the West Coast & Mid-West Consulting Practices for Coopers & Lybrand Consulting (now IBM Consulting). 

Publications and Honorariums:

Joe authored the book "Commanding Communications", a hallmark executive overview of the then-current status of the communications industry in order to enhance the understanding of, and to share perspectives on, the dynamic nature of the converged communications markets and related governmental regulations. 

Joe is a frequent communications industry speaker at various technology conferences and has published numerous articles in major publications on both technology and general management topics. Joe achieved Certified Management Consultant (CMC) status through the Institute of Management Consultants (the sole certifying body for individual management consultants, recognized by 46 countries) as evidence of his professional consulting experience, technical competence, knowledge, and skills in consulting processes, client satisfaction, and adherence to rigorous ethical standards. 

Joe currently serves as adjunct professor at Boise State University and has held previous adjunct professorships with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Stanford University, University of San Francisco, and The Darden School of Business – University of Virginia. He is also a member of the University of San Francisco Board of Trustees.

Joe is a retired Officer, US Army, and a Services Related Disabled Veteran. Joe holds a B.S in Marketing from LaSalle University.

 

Robert Bonocore, President & Chief Operating Officer

Bob is President & Chief Operating Officer for Bonocore Technology Partners and serves as an the Advisory Board. He brings with him his skills as CEO and founder of Larchmont Advisory Services, LLC, where for the last five years he’s served as an advisor to CEOs, advancing solutions for their business, channels of distribution, and market development, including a focus on social media communications and introducing innovative software with enabling professional services, to contribute efficiency, productivity, and business value for clients. http://larchmontadvisory.com

Background:

Previously, Bob was CEO of PDC Solutions, Inc., a solutions integrator, and Senior Vice President and General Manager for Sengen, Inc., a custom software development company. He was integral in the sale of divisions of both companies. Bob also served as CxO for Basecamp Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund, and Momentum Technology Partners available for consulting services and functioning as interim CxO.

Bob has over 40 years of experience providing business and technology solutions, both domestically and internationally, serving virtually all vertical markets in both the public and private sectors. Solutions include business applications and technologies from leading vendors including Microsoft, Oracle, Capgemini, and IBM.

Leslie is committed to patient engagement, consumer empowerment, and the use of health information technology (HIT) to support collaborative care, Leslie Kelly Hall has 25 years of executive leadership in health information technology. Leslie's experience as a health system Chief Information Officer and Marketing executive at Saint Alphonsus Health System in Idaho, her leadership in forming the Idaho Health Information Exchange, and 20 years of healthcare administration make her uniquely qualified to influence and lead efforts to promote patient engagement. Appointed to national advisory committees by Secretaries of Health and Human Resources (HHS) Sibelius, Burwell and Azar, Leslie has made an impact on healthcare technology policy for patients and providers, and for national interoperability.

Responsible for all Health Information technology, marketing, sales, and support services staff of 220. Leslie led efforts to implement electronic health records, integrate and interoperate 56 separate systems across 7 Idaho healthcare  organizations to support Idaho’s first physician web portal serving physicians throughout the state. Leslie envisioned and created Idaho’s first patient portal, providing patients access to their records with 12 years of medical records, and notes  available to patients at its inception. Today, Idaho patients have over 25 years of medical history at their fingertips.

Marketing executive responsible for the rebuilding of the marketing department and its brand strategy. Leslie’s results included the replacement and reorganization of leadership and staff, and creative relationships. She built a new marketing campaign and redesigned the sales department. Developed Health Information Technology consulting practice within HDR, serving hospitals and health systems internationally. The consulting practice focused on board level strategic planning engagements. Hired team, provided sales support and direct consulting. John worked with numerous entrepreneurial ventures to enable them successful engagements with potential early stage investors. Through this partnership, John delivered a rich learning experience to university students focused on new venture funding.

Steve McCarty – Senior Vice President

Steve is responsible for development of the Energy Sector and California State client portfolio business for Bonocore Technology Partners. Steve brings over 35 years of energy management experience. He currently serves as an independent consultant in the areas of energy policy development, energy efficiency and demand response program development, as well as integrated demand side program implementation. As a consultant, Steve is the Independent Evaluator of Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s third-party energy efficiency solutions portfolio.

Background:

Director Customer Energy Services for Pacific Gas & Electric Company – Steve held several different roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, directing departments in energy efficiency, demand response, demand side resource development, and new products. He also worked as a manager of rates. His extensive experience includes regulatory policy, rate design, cost of service analysis, gas and electric clean air transportation policy development and program implementation, energy efficiency portfolio administration, demand response portfolio administration, and low-income energy efficiency program administration.   

Manager of Financial Planning for APL – APL is a worldwide leader in the Maritime Industry, providing ocean carrier services for global cargo container transportation. Steve was instrumental in supporting the core mission of high-quality intermodal operations with advanced technology, and e-commerce applications.

Steve previously worked in several different roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. His experience includes regulatory policy, rate design, cost of service analysis, gas and electric clean air transportation policy development and program implementation, energy efficiency portfolio administration, demand response portfolio administration, and low-income energy efficiency program administration. In addition to managing rates for PG&E, Steve also contributed as Department Director for Energy Efficiency, Demand Response, and Demand Side Resource Development.
